About Us

Our family businesses are rooted in the North Buckinghamshire town of Newport Pagnell, where our ancestors began building houses more than quarter of a millennium ago. Today, the business has diversified and whilst we still have significant experience in the property sector, that is now more focused towards providing finance to other small, local developers. In brief, our aim is to provide a simple, streamlined alternative to traditional bank finance, using our own, in-house funds. This enables us to react quickly, with less of the red tape associated with mainstream lenders.
